Before you request
If a business or organization used Virturing to contact you, that organization usually controls the call purpose and data. Contacting the organization first may be the fastest route. You may still contact Virturing, and we will route a processor-held request to the relevant customer where appropriate.
Submitting a request
Send the request from an authorized email address to privacy@virturing.ai. Include the organization, account identifier, relevant phone number, approximate call date and time, and whether the request concerns website, account, call record, recording, transcript, prompt, tool result, support message, or integration data. Do not send passwords, API keys, or unnecessary identity documents.
Verification
We verify identity and authority before disclosing or deleting data. Verification may use the account email, project identifiers, call metadata, or confirmation from the customer controller. Information collected for verification is used for that purpose and related security records.
Scope confirmation
We will clarify what can be deleted, which systems are in scope, whether the request affects an active service, and whether the requester prefers deletion, restriction, or account closure. Destructive account-level requests may require confirmation by an authorized owner.
Production systems
Eligible data is queued for deletion or de-identification after verification and scope confirmation. Timing depends on the data type, system, customer instructions, technical dependencies, and applicable legal deadline. We will communicate the expected response timing for a verified request.
Backups and retained records
Protected backups are not edited in place and expire through their normal lifecycle. Data retained only in backup is isolated from ordinary use and restored only for continuity or recovery. Some billing, tax, security, fraud-prevention, carrier, dispute, or legal records may be retained when required or reasonably necessary.
Exports and integrations
Deleting data from Virturing does not delete copies already exported by a customer or sent to a customer-selected CRM, storage system, model provider, webhook, or other integration. The customer remains responsible for those destinations, and requests may need to be made to them separately.
Completion and complaints
When appropriate, Virturing will confirm completion, explain any data that could not be deleted, and identify the reason. If you believe a request was handled incorrectly, reply to privacy@virturing.ai and provide the request reference. You may also have the right to contact the relevant data-protection authority.
