01

How to read this page

A subprocessor is a provider that processes personal data for Virturing while helping deliver a customer service. Provider selection varies by market, number, carrier, model, media path, and customer architecture. A provider listed here is not automatically used for every customer or every call.

02

Microsoft Azure

Microsoft Azure supports production website hosting and may support application compute, network, database, storage, security, and deployment infrastructure. Processing location depends on the resource and customer deployment. Microsoft contractual and transfer safeguards apply to Microsoft processing.

03

Google website analytics

Google Tag Manager and connected Google Analytics tags may process website device, browser, page, and interaction data only after a visitor selects Allow analytics. Optional analytics remains blocked before that choice and can be disabled through Privacy choices in the footer.

04

Telecommunications providers

Licensed carriers, number providers, SIP and PSTN partners, and network intermediaries provide regional inventory and connect calls. The specific provider depends on destination, number type, route, and market. Carrier processing can include phone numbers, call state, routing, timestamps, and traffic records required to complete and account for a call.

05

AI, speech, and media providers

A customer workflow may use a selected language model, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, audio-processing, or realtime media provider. These providers may receive audio, transcript, prompt, context, or output data only when included in the configured architecture. Customer-specific provider choices should be documented in the order or deployment record.

06

Operational providers

Identity, payment, email, observability, incident-management, and customer-support providers may process limited account or operational data for their functions. They do not receive call content unless that access is necessary, authorized, and documented for the selected service.

07

Changes and objections

Virturing may change a provider to support security, availability, legality, or service requirements. Where a contract requires notice of a new subprocessor, notice and any objection process follow that contract. Customers can request the current provider set for their deployment at privacy@virturing.ai.

08

Customer-selected integrations

A destination or tool chosen and controlled by the customer is generally the customer's provider rather than Virturing's subprocessor. The customer is responsible for its agreement, permissions, data use, location, security, and deletion behavior.
